About Us
OUR VISION
To serve the people of earth with message of hope, unity, love and salvation through counselling and prayers with the divine presence of YAHWEH.
OUr MISSION
Is to go into the world and preach the gospel to all creation as instructed by Jesus in Mark 16:15. Our journey began in May 2005, when Reverend Sylvester Opoku Manu was ordained in to the ministry by God in Ghana where the church’s headquarters is situated.
OUR GROWTH IN THE Uk
His UK ministry started in April 2013 with 3 members in a living room and later rented a hall at West ham lane Stratford, East London with about 30 members. These humble beginnings reflect the, faith, prayer, persistence and patience of a church that is destined for greater heights. On June, 2013 64 Boardman House, Broadway Stratford East London became our new home. Here, the church rented a hall on the second floor with a seating capacity of 300 people. Under the direction and leadership of Reverend Sylvester Opoku Manu, IGTC maintained an open, honest and welcoming approach to all visitors. This attracted many more people to come and share in the IGTC experience
OUr approach
Our approach also had a positive effect on children and young teens; whose increase in attendance figures led to us moving to our current location at Folkstone Road, Walthamstow with 500 seating capacity and a free car park for approximately 60 cars.
